Experienced Riders: Ride Beyond the Ordinary
At Erika’s Horse Farm, experienced riders are offered something more than a scenic walk. These rides are designed for confident riders who are comfortable at a faster pace and able to ride independently.
Group rides & Private horse riding for experienced riders
Our experienced-only group rides are structured for riders who want more freedom, rhythm, and flow. These rides move beyond beginner routes and may include longer trots, controlled canters, and dynamic terrain.
Special private options are also available for experienced riders, including signature horses and curated photo experiences, as well as family-focused private rides where ability levels are matched carefully for safety.

Riding in the Water or Swimming with the Horses
Certain rides — such as Sunrise, Early Morning, Full Moon, and Bareback experiences — offer the possibility of riding around the Salt Lake and, conditions permitting, into the water. These moments are reserved strictly for riders with proven control and confidence in open environments.

Safety Always Comes First
Riders must be honest about their level - 2 years of horse riding experience required. Children must be over 12 years old. Instructors may reassign riders if ability does not meet the required pace. Group sizes are kept manageable to maintain pace, safety, and enjoyment.
