Welcome to Erika’s Horse Farm. We are dedicated to ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all our guests. Please note, horse riding and interacting with animals carry inherent risks. By choosing to participate in any activities at our farm, you acknowledge these risks and agree to adhere to all safety instructions provided by our staff.

It is a fundamental condition of your participation that you follow the guidance of our operators or guides closely. They reserve the right to require anyone to dismount or to deny participation in riding activities if, for reasons related to skill, behaviour, health, or safety, they deem it necessary. In such instances, we appreciate your understanding that you will not be entitled to a refund or compensation.

For your safety, we strongly recommend wearing a hard hat while riding or being near horses. You may be asked to sign an acknowledgment of personal risk and acceptance of these terms before engaging in riding activities. Refusal to sign this acknowledgment may result in being unable to participate, without entitlement to refund or compensation.

Our liability is limited to the provisions outlined here and in accordance with applicable Greek and EU law. We cannot accept liability for any loss, damage, or injury that is not a direct result of our breach of contract or negligence. This includes, but is not limited to, personal injury, loss of belongings, and any other indirect losses. Our liability for non-personal injury claims is capped at a reasonable amount, reflective of the cost of your booking, up to a maximum of twice the booking cost per person affected.

Please ensure you have adequate insurance coverage for your visit, as we limit our liability for loss or damage of personal possessions to a nominal amount, considering you are expected to have comprehensive personal insurance.

Erika’s Horse Farm cannot accept liability for circumstances beyond our control or which could not have been foreseen or avoided even with all due care, including business losses.
