We ask riders to be honest about their level. Our instructors will assess you and may move you to the beginner group if they feel your ability doesn’t match the experienced pace. Safety always comes first.

Only experienced riders have the option to ride into the water on certain rides (such as the Sunset, Private Sunrise/Sunset, or Bareback rides). Beginners ride alongside the beach, not in the water.

Yes – but only for booked riders. Friends or family not riding will need their own transport. Please be on time and waiting outside, as our van cannot wait and must stay on schedule.

We offer free cancellations up to 48 hours before your ride. We understand that travel plans change, but late cancellations will not be refunded.

Please wear long trousers and trainers or closed shoes. We’ll provide:

• Helmets

• Riding boots (if you don’t have suitable footwear)

• Protective vests for children

• Up to 95 kg for beginners

• Up to 90 kg for experienced riders

This is for the welfare of the horses. If we feel your weight, age, or ability compromises the ride or your safety, we may refuse participation without refund.

Yes. Our staff are happy to use your phone or camera to capture moments during the ride, especially at the beach.

This is a one-hour private ride for families, and it includes a free snack for each person after the ride. Options may include chicken nuggets & chips, a burger, or a club sandwich.
